A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in doing volunteer work in your museum.

My name is Hardeep and I live in the Aspen community which is just 10 minute walk from this museum. Some of my friends recently became a part of your volunteer team and they mentioned that the museum donate 50 percent of their earned money to the charity to help the society. I also wanted to contribute my part in this good deed.

I am very hard working and dedicated person who always put all her effort to complete her work. Furthermore, I have been working in customer services for almost three years and my excellent communication skill can assist customers to visit again and make our museum popular. I know pottery so I can make few items that we will further sell and donate that money to the non profit organization.

I am a working woman and work from tuesday to friday. I have two days off and are available to work on sunday and monday from 9am to 2pm.
