A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I writing to express my desire to do unpaid work at your museum.

Since I am fond of ancient stories and related items such clothes, it drives me to learn in-depth about history. Moreover, the school I am studying in, has introduced a program of extra-curricular activity that benefits me with the overall score, I am going to obtain annually.

As a student, I have leant skills that must helpful to you. The first is organizing employees for working hours. I can create of adjust schedules of them without getting any kind formal training. Second is the analysis of peak hours, which provide assistance in deploying workers and setting precautionary actions that reduce hassle during that time.

I can join the place in three weeks as I have booked hotels for a vacation after hectic schedule of examination and for refreshing myself. However, if needed I can start work in two weeks instead.
