A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to enquire about a part-time job at the museum. I have know about the job through your official website. Currently, I am working as a tourist guide and my shift is mainly morning for 6 hours. After that I have plenty of time. i would like to spend my time productively.
Furthermore, I have nearly two year experience in history which make me to interact with tourists more efficently. I have extensive experience in communication skills it promotes cultural exchange between travellers during their museum visit.Moreover , I can educate people regarding environmental pollution as well as cultural heritage.
I would appreciate it if you could give me chance to work as a voluntary employee in your museum. I am available after 3:00p.m.I assure you that I will work properly according to your museum roles and I have leadership skills so it is convenient for me to manage work properly.I have enclosed my CV. I look forward hearing from you.
