A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work

Dear Madam,
I have seen your job rquirement in the newletter and I am interesed to work at museum. Here, I am also attaching my profile which helps you understand my education background.
I am pursuing M.com and specialising in History curriculum. Since, childhood I have always fascinated about knowing culuture of the country. Hence, I am ready to work at museum, it is not necessary for me that it should be paid as for me the practical experience is more important.
As I do have education background in histroy subject I can be able to easily explain to the any visitors about the pacticular story. Additionally, I am very disciplined and can easily grasp any concepts of culture so I will be able to do my job effectively and quickly.
Currently, the summer vacation is going on for two months hence I'm available to work from coming Monday. I am okay with any shifts however the preferrable slot is 11 AM to 4 PM because I believe that is when the footfall of tourist if high.
