A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my interest in voluntary work at the museum. I feel like this would polish my skills, like in customer service. Along with that this will help me also in improving my communication skills.

One of my strength is that I'm quick in learning, along with that I've already worked in resturants and convenient stores. Where I've learned to communicate with people but not so many as, infact in convenient store I manage the whole store and restock everything in timely manner and that too in an organized way. The only porblem with both of the work is that I get less hours in those areas, Due to which this has influenced me in joining at the museum as a voluneer, to improve my skills.

I would be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I believe those days would be great which most of the people would come in weekends and usualy they have week offs on these days.
