Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining your motivation, describing your skills, and stating your availability. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention 'architect skills' like handling sculptures, the connection to the museum environment could be more clearly articulated to show how they specifically benefit the institution. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, though some phrasing, such as 'I hope you listen my query', is slightly unnatural for a professional application. To improve, ensure that each point is expanded with more specific detail to demonstrate a stronger commitment to the voluntary role.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter follows a logical structure with a clear opening and closing. You use some basic cohesive devices such as 'In addition', 'Moreover', and 'as well as' to link your ideas. However, the progression between sentences is sometimes a bit mechanical, and the paragraphing is not fully utilized to separate the distinct points of the letter. The transition between your current employment and your desire to volunteer could be smoother. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus to improve the overall flow of the text.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'inculcate', 'imperative', and 'honorable'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'inculcate into something imperative' (which is misused here) and 'I can I guide the tourist well'. Additionally, there are minor errors in word formation, such as 'Its an honorable for me' instead of 'It is an honor'. To improve, focus on using words in their correct context and pay closer attention to collocations—words that naturally go together in English—to ensure your writing sounds more natural and precise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of your writing. Examples include 'I am working as a part time employee in "Vinay Architect companies"' (missing articles and incorrect preposition usage), 'I hope you listen my query' (missing 'to'), and 'Looking forward to meet you' (should be 'meeting'). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in verb forms, prepositions, and sentence construction prevent the writing from reaching a higher band. Focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage.
