A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir Or Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for the unpaid work which is going to be started on this month.

I have recently completed my graduation. My studies had been quite demanding, So I had been completely focused. Since,I have enough available time, I decided to do something different from my daily routine. I came to know about the voluntary work in museum, I would like to be a part of this.

To work in museum, communication, leadership and teamwork skills are required. I used to be a volunteer of NGO compagin in my college. So I do not have only knowledge but I also have practical experience of all these skills, making me confident and problem solver.

These days, I am out of this town. I would come back in next week. I would be available to join unpaid work from 15 August, 2026. It would be really appreciated if your planned or availability schedule is shared at your earliest convenience. So I can make my plane accordingly.

I am looking forward hearing from your side. Thank you in advance.
