A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to share my interest to do the unpaid voluntary work at your museum. I am very certain that this job will greatly add valuable benefits to my up coming project work.

I am pursuing final year social science course at university of Toronto. Currently I have summer break, therefore, I would like to work in social work to help and guide people for their comfortable visit. I also believe this will also give me greater advantage to my final term project to carry smoothly and also show some additional work during the gap.

During last summer break I worked at Toronto community center as a Senior advisor to address locals queries and also organised several public events to entertain the public. Hence, I certainly believe, thus will be more idle to work.
