A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I would like to apply for a part-time volunteering position in your museum.

I am living in the south side of the city and this museum is near by my house. I am visiting frequently in this museum. On my last visit, I have seen that you are hiring so I would like to be part of your team.

I have a clean record(I will provide you as per request). Despite of this, I know much about the actique items that you stored in you museum. I can explain to anybody very easily of the histroy who do not about it. I respect the work, so I will always on time and make a place clean and tidy.

As I am also working Full-time Monday to Friday I will be able to work in museum is on weekends, as I have seen that during weekends museum is very busy.

I hope you will cosider my application and give a chance to be a part of your team.
