A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to you to apply for the voluntary work at your museum. I am a working professional at Sun Tech as a Data Science Engineer. I love to learn about artefacts and paintings moreover I have good knowledge of history that's why I am willing serve your museum a docent. Apart from this I have worked at a sanitary facility for two years so I can help in supervising the cleaning staff and educating them about the proper procedure of cleaning and

maintenance of sculpture as the same time.

While working I have developed some set of skills like time management, customer service, punctuality, and task achievement. In addition, I am proficient in speaking French, all these skills will contribute in a positive way.

I am working from Monday to Thursday at my permanent job, so I am available to work on Friday and weekends.
