Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points of the task: explaining your motivation, describing your skills, and stating your availability. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention an interest in art and books, expanding slightly on how this aligns with the museum's specific environment would strengthen the response. Additionally, the explanation of your skills is brief. To reach a higher band, ensure that your reasons and descriptions are fully extended rather than just stated. Overall, the purpose of the letter is clear and the requirements are met.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The letter is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each focusing on a specific requirement of the prompt. You use a range of cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Furthermore', and 'Additionally' to link your ideas. However, some of these transitions feel slightly mechanical or repetitive. The progression of ideas is generally smooth, though the connection between your current studies and your availability could be more fluidly integrated. The use of paragraphing is appropriate, and the letter follows a standard formal structure, which helps the reader follow your argument easily.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'voluntary work', 'punctual', and 'disciplined'. However, there are some minor inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'bring your attention related to' (should be 'bring to your attention') and 'explore distinct things' (where 'diverse' or 'various' would be more natural). You also use 'experienced of' instead of 'experience in'. To improve, focus on using more precise collocations and avoiding informal phrasing like 'real pleasure' in a professional context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is always clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'which is going to be started' (passive voice is slightly awkward here), 'I have experienced of' (incorrect verb form), and 'Looking forward to hear' (should be 'hearing'). Punctuation is generally acceptable, though there are some spacing issues before commas. The errors do not impede communication, but they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct preposition usage will help improve your accuracy.
