A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear John,

I am writing this letter to let you know that I am interested to do a part time job in the museum. Moreover, I can do as voluntary as well. Please let me know the further procedure.

I want to do this job in my life because I want to upgrade my skills while working in the museum. As, there are lot of folks coming in the museum to see the creativity while interacting with them I can learn the more communication skills.

Additionally, I am quite experienced in customer service area. So, I think this is one of my dream job to work in this area. Moreover, I knew lot of things about the museum so, I can help the visitors in a professional way.

Lastly, I am Available during the weekday and weekend as well. Monday to Friday I can work during the day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and for the last two days I can work in the evenings.
