Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points of the task: explaining your motivation, describing your skills, and providing your availability. However, the tone is somewhat inconsistent for a formal application letter. For example, the phrase 'I feel over the moon' is too informal for a professional context. While the ideas are relevant, some descriptions, such as 'smart hand on new things' and 'accommodation of things', are vague and do not clearly convey your specific qualifications to the director. To improve, ensure your language remains professional throughout and provide more concrete examples of your experience to better persuade the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, each addressing a specific requirement of the prompt. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'On the other hand' to link ideas. However, the progression between sentences is sometimes disjointed, and the paragraphing could be more effectively managed to separate the introduction, body, and conclusion clearly. Some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and the flow is occasionally interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as the transition into the availability section. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between your skills and your availability would enhance the overall coherence.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message, but there are several instances of unnatural word choice and collocation errors. Phrases like 'smart hand on new things', 'presentation of things in well mannered', and 'accommodation of things' are not standard English and hinder clarity. While you attempt to use more descriptive language, the lack of precision makes it difficult for the reader to understand your specific expertise. To reach a higher band, focus on learning common collocations and using more precise professional terminology rather than literal translations or vague descriptors.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('has a good communication skill'), article usage ('the job in museum'), and awkward sentence construction ('decoration for some special events also made for speculators'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing after commas and periods. While these errors do not completely prevent communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement will significantly improve your accuracy.
