IELTS Writing Task 1 question

A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to request you for part time volunteer work in museum. I am doing the personal support worker course and I need to complete 350 hours for my college placements.

I am very good at leadership skills and communication skills. In the museum I can guide people and I can tell them about the religion also and connect them with the roots. I can also help people when ever they studied in the problem.

I have to complete 350 hours to complete my course and right now I am also doing my full time job and I am available on Fridays to Sundays. Can you please give me 7 or 8 hours voluntary in museum. I can come any time.
