A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that I am very much interested in doing part-time voluntary at the museum. As currently I have just finished my semester exams of bachelors and now there are holidays for around two months. Therefore I want to keep myself busy in this duration.

Let me tell you in detail, I have good command in communication as well as cognitive skills. Which I believe might be useful for voluntary work at the museum. Also I have good capability of dealing people.

I have some project works and assignments which I need to submit in university by the end of this week. I would like to join as a volunteer in the next coming week. Please let me know if any further details are required from my side or anything else needed.
