A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I have come to know that you are looking for someone to work part time voluntarily, by some reliable resources. I would like to take advantage from this opportunity. I have just finished my exams two months before. I believe I have enthusiasm and skill required for this opportunity. In addition I am very interested in the subjected of history. I have a lot of knowledge regarding this subject, and have a great desire to to study further in this subject. I always joined the functions in my college regarding history. I am very dedicated and hard worker. I am able to work alone and also as a part of a team.

Nowadays, I am free and can focus appropriately. I would appreciate if you discuss my application in an interview. I hope to hear from you soon.
