A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere interest in doing voluntary/unpaid work at museum.

I am a doing master's in History. By doing voluntary work, I believe that it facilitates me in getting deeper knowledge about history. It is a great experience to learn instead of reading books. Through this way I can enhance my knowledge.

I am very extrovert and having good communication skills. I can make visitors feel comfortable in museum and if they have any question, I can easily answer their queries. I am also a good leader and lead the groups for the tour of museum.

I am available during weekdays in the afternoon from 2 PM to 6 PM but not on weekends because on weekends I have some personal commitments which is arduous for me to ignore.
