A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for the unpaid voluntary work as I have vacations going on and was always interested in learning new skills. I got to know about this job from my classmate as he also has joined the museum to work part-time. I have applied because I was always keen on learning how the museums wok and manage efficiently the large number of books and data

I have work experience in data entry and managing the excel from my last job in KL Organization which works for government to build online portals. My vacations have started from yesterday and I would like to join the museum from tomorrow. I have free schedule and am available from 10 am to 4 pm as I have extra curricular classes in the evening.

Please respond me positively as soon as possible and also attach the documents needed to join the work. I am looking forward to it with good regards.
