A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this application for the part-time voluntary work at the museum.

I am Hirenkumar Rabari, lives only one street avaway from the timmins museum. I am studing in business at the Northern College. I saw a advertisments yesterday that your are looking for the volunteers. I really want to work at the museum because, After finishing my study I want to start my career in my field of study. And working at museum will enable me plenty of good essential skills that very beneficial in the future.

As i earlier mentioned I am studying buisnees so, I have good knowledge of accounting and datat entry that would be esential for this postion. Also from my preivous job i also gained very crucial skills like, stocking, cleaning and cash handling.

If you think that my skills are matching eith your position I can start the job withing a week. Museum only open on the weekends and I have a off from the collages on weekends so i can work any time on weekends. And I have clasees on the moring so I can work on the eveings on weekdays.
