A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I saw your museum advertisement in which you said that you are hiring people for volunteer work.

Although this work is not paid, I would like to join the museum team for upcoming events and jobs. I am doing this because i really like antique things and working on them. With this work, I have a great opportunity to visit and join the team to learn new things.

I have some good group activity skills you will like. For instance, I can work solo on things that need two individuals to work on. In group activities, I can coordinate with people without any hesitation. Apart from this, my customer service is really impressive.

In the upcoming month, I am available for work, i can work on weekdays because on weekends I have my music classes and I have to attend them. On weekdays am fully free and can do work without any problem.
