A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Hi Director,
I hope you are doing well. Recently, I have seen an advertisement on social media that museum is looking for the part-time worker. I would like to apply for this positions as my tenure in current job at the library is about to end. Therefore, I am actively looking for a good opportunity.
I am currently studying social awareness program at school of smiths falls township so it is a great opportunity for me to work as volunteer in a museum. I believe in hard work and over the time, I have improved team building skills, time management and leadership skills. My experience in library helps me to build customer service skills.
My tenure in current job end by 12th September so I can start working in museum from 15th September. Could you please consider my application on this position? It would be very appreciated. Please let me know, if you are required any documents from my sides. Thank you for your support in advance.
