A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

Hello Sir/Ma'am

My self Sujan Patel. I saw an advertisement of hiring ongoing on at the museum for volunteering. I write this letter to apply for that positions.

I am fond of participating such volunteer works. I want to join a volunteer work for my summer vacation, which will begin from next week. So I can learn many new things during that times from this work. Also, I increase my knowledge about history of our town. Moreover, I can increase my contacts as I am working with number of individuals from deferent age groups.

I have already completed many unpaid work like teach bike riding to children, lead many campaigns about social awareness and so on. So I have plenty of skills including leaderships, communications , teamwork and many more. Also, I can improve these skills as this is learning experience for me.

Now, my final exam of class 12 is going on, which is supposed to be finish in a week. After that, I have two months of summer vacations. Basically, I will be available mostly from weekdays because on weekends I will be planned for outings with my friends.

Just provide me details about forms and other documents. I will provide after my exams.
