A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my academic break in which I can volunteer in the museum and I am also aware that this is unpaid oppourtunity.
I am currently enrolled in tourism management course, recently i had completed my 2 year and we have 4 months break in which i had to find the volunteer work. So, it helps me to polish my communications skills and ancient culture knowledge. Additionally, I have great experience when it comes to guidinig the tourists, I also has 6 months of prior experience as a campus tour associate and you can also check my profile on Ontario tech university camous tour portal where all the students have provide feedback about me when guiding to the campus. I am great in communications, helping people and also giving detailed explanation about the cultures of medival times.
I am available on any weekdays and there is no specific time limit for me because my house is just 10 min walk on the north of the museum. In case if museum wants volunteer for more than 4 months, I am willing to do that as well, hence, my classes are usually on weekends so I am free during weekdays.
