A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

hello sir/madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to Express an interest voluntary position in your museum.

I believe I have several skills and qualities that would make me suitable for this role. I have experience in communication, friendly and approachable customer service and also I am so organised and responsible.i am aware about this that this position is unpaid and I like to do volunteering in museum because this is the good chance to learn about historical and tradition about museum.

Regarding my availability, I am able to work on weekends, as I currently work as a supervisor at a store during the weekdays. I would be available for approximately 10–12 hours each weekend and could start from next month.

I would be grateful if you could consider my application. I look forward to hearing from you.
