A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

Dear Sir,

I want to request for the application of part-time voluntary work. I have been looking for the part-time job from the last week and I saw the advertisement of your museum in the newspaper. I want to join here as a volunteer employee beacuse I need 70 working hours under volunteer job for being eligible for the upcoming project in my university.

Furthermore, I have experienced in organising the things with an efficient method and I am a quick learner and always look for the opportunities to grasp them with willingness to learn more. I am good at problem solving and fluent in multiple languages like, English, French, Dutch. Moreover, I know how to communicate with others and keen to help the society with the core of my heart.

Nowadays, I am on vacations and I can work Monday to Friday form 8:00am to 4:00pm. However,my classes are scheduled from next month then I would be available for 3 days a week. I hope you will accept my application and I will be helpful to you for your support.
