A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to apply for a part-time voluntary work at the museum.

Firstly, I would like to mention my hobbies such as a history explorer. From my chilhood days I always have an one wish to work at the museum because my father used to work in admin department of the museum in late 90s.

Currently I am working in financial corporation as a senior advisor. Additionally, I would like to describe my qualifications regarding this job such as multi-tasking and good communication skill. Which provide severe benefits to the heritage site.

Moreover, I have an availibility to work in the morning on daily basis. As I know, you are looking for a person who could work in the morning. Also I am ready to do overtime during rush hours.
