A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in connection with the volunteer who do part-time voluntary work for your museum.

I want to do voluntary work because i have completed my 12th board exams and now i have a lot of free time. In the morning, I am going for my computer classes so I am available in the evening. Also, I have seen this museum from my childhood and it was my dream to do something for the museum. So, I am eagerly waiting to working with you.

I am very kind and obedient. So, I can do whatever you want. Also, I am familier with the history of whole museum so I can explain it to audiences. I am very fast learner and I am helpful to others if you wanted me to work in a group without any conflict.

I am available in the evening for this work after 4 pm from next monday. I am ready to work on Sunday or on public holidays too.

I am waiting to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your time and consideration.
