A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir ,

I am writing to express my feeling that I am looking for part time voluntary work in your museum. I learned that your museum is looking for individuals, I also participate in the job to invest my time and skills.

I am studying in university and there is professional skills cousre I joined which they have required to complete maximun 150hours for unpaid in any museum. This is best time for me to finish my hours also boost knowldge, communication and confidence skills where I can learn how to deal with other people, team-work also deaditation and be completed every task on proper time.

Regarding my availability, I am available on weekdays, particularly in the mornings and early afternoons. I can volunteer for around three to four hours per day, and I would be happy to discuss a suitable schedule with you. I am also willing to attend any training required before starting the position.
