A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Manan Modi. I am writing this letter to share my profile for a part-time unpaid position at your museum. I would like to apply for this voluntary work as I have piror working experience for non profit orgenizations.

To begin with, I am a high school student and every summer vactaions my school gave us task, in which we have participate in any social activity. Therefore, every year I work as part time unpaid employee with different orgenizations. This year it would be grate If I could get a opportunity at your museum as it is at the walking distance from my home, which makes it conveninet.

I am a type of person who likes to talk with different people on any topic, that is why I have strong communication skills. Moreover, I am helpful, quick larner and confident. These qualities would definetly help me to work at your place.

I can work anytime after 11 a.m in the morning. Before that, I have to take my grandmother to hospital for her daily health check-ups. I am flexible working on weekdays and even on weekends too.
