A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding the unpaid job at the museum.
Te factors due to which I would like to work at the museum are that, I always gets fascinated by ancient things and also I have a keen interest of knowing the history behind the objects. Moreover, I am writing a thesis on the old objects, so it would help me to complete it.
I think this job would be a right fit for me, because I am multilingual which means, I can speak English, Hindi, Punjabi and a little bit of French. Therfore, I can explain and guide the visitors in their languages. Furthermore, I have well organizational skills which could also be beneficial.
I am available on weekends but during weekdays, my availability is on Tuesday and on Friday till 2 pm. If you provide me this opportunity, I can start at latest possible.
