Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three points: you explain your interest in contributing to the museum and community, describe personal qualities and previous voluntary experience, and state that you can begin next week. The motivation is relevant, but it is somewhat general; for example, “I always wants to do something for museum” does not explain what specifically attracts you to this museum or its work. Your skills section lists qualities such as being calm and flexible, but would be stronger with a concrete example of how these would help visitors or staff. The availability is clear about the start date, though giving particular days or hours would make the application more complete. The letter is appropriately framed as an application.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The letter has a clear overall progression: you introduce the vacancy and your interest, explain your motivation, present your qualities and experience, and then give your start date and closing. Paragraphing supports this sequence, and linking expressions such as “Meanwhile,” “Furthermore,” and “So” help connect points. Some connections are less natural or precise, however. “Meanwhile” does not clearly show the relationship between the museum’s cultural role and your personal motivation, while “So” is a rather conversational way to introduce your availability. The sentence beginning “Since I loved to contribute for my comunity” is also left as a fragment, interrupting the flow. Use complete sentences and choose links that express the exact relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for an application, including “cultural and historical,” “contribute,” “flexible,” and “experiences of doing voluntary work.” These choices communicate your interest and background, but inaccurate spelling and word choice are noticeable and sometimes make the letter less polished: “advertisment,” “volunter,” “potraits,” and “availibilty” are examples. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “physical active,” “links while working for you,” and “share you my CV.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More specific vocabulary about museum work—such as assisting visitors, supporting events, or helping with displays—would also make your application more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “the museum which is just beside my residence” and a reason clause beginning “Since.” However, some grammatical errors remain, and the fragment “Since I loved to contribute for my comunity” should be joined to a complete main clause. There are also problems with articles and agreement: “Museum is the place” needs an article, and “I always wants” should use the verb form that agrees with “I.” The construction “I loved to contribute” does not express your present motivation naturally; use a present-tense form. Review sentence completeness, subject–verb agreement, and article use, while retaining your attempts at varied structures.
