In regard to the problem, the major reason which can be stated is the busy work life schedule and longer working hours then the usual to earn more money. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as the impact of electronic devices and the need for a structured schedule. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For instance, while you mention that lack of sleep causes problems, you do not explicitly detail the specific consequences (e.g., health issues, reduced productivity, or cognitive impairment) as requested by the prompt. The ideas are presented but not fully extended with sufficient depth or specific examples. To reach a higher band, ensure that you explain the 'why' and 'how' behind your points more thoroughly.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with a clear introduction, body paragraphs for problems and solutions, and a conclusion. You use cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion' to link ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive. Additionally, there are minor issues with referencing and flow; for example, the transition between the introduction and the first body paragraph is slightly abrupt. The paragraphing is appropriate, but the overall progression of ideas could be smoother to achieve a more natural flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'globalization', 'electronic devices', and 'sleeping cycle'. However, there are several spelling errors throughout the text, such as 'controled', 'discuse', 'coffic', 'caffine', 'dite', and 'exposer'. Additionally, the word 'bead' is used repeatedly instead of 'bed'. These errors are noticeable and detract from the overall quality of the writing. To improve, focus on proofreading for common spelling mistakes and expanding your range of synonyms to avoid repetition.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'There are lot of reasons of the same', 'longer working hours then the usual', and 'it directly effects the sleeping'. The misuse of 'then' instead of 'than' and 'effects' instead of 'affects' occurs multiple times. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to impact the overall accuracy score. Increasing your control over basic grammar and punctuation will help improve your score significantly.
