In recent days so many people raising concerns about trouble having required sleep. The main problem is that working overtime and increased responsibilities. The most viable solution is that don't take too much stress and put time limit every task by maintaining consistency.
Spending time in office beyond working hours has become major reason for lack of sleep. In has become quite common in these days in corporate to work more hours to complete responsibilities on time. As a result the sleep timings shifts and has to sleep less hours. Not only office tasks but also taking care of Home chores after work also impacts. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention work-life balance and government intervention, the explanations lack depth and specific detail. For instance, the consequences of sleep deprivation are mentioned only briefly as 'impacted sleep cycle,' without exploring the broader health or cognitive implications. To achieve a higher band, ensure that each point is fully extended with clear reasoning and more detailed examples. The position is clear, but the overall development is limited by the brevity of the arguments provided.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic progression of ideas from the problem to the solution. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally inaccurate, such as the transition 'In has become quite common' or the awkward phrasing in the conclusion. Referencing is sometimes unclear, and the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently,' 'furthermore,' 'in addition to'). Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs could be more cohesive to better guide the reader through your arguments.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms like 'problems,' 'tasks,' and 'things.' There are some inaccuracies in collocation and word choice, such as 'sleep timings shifts' and 'make the employees overtime.' While you attempt to use more specific vocabulary like 'corporate' and 'viability,' these are not always used in the most natural way. To improve, focus on learning collocations related to health and workplace issues, and try to incorporate more sophisticated synonyms to avoid repetition of simple words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You frequently omit articles (e.g., 'in corporate,' 'France government') and struggle with subject-verb agreement and tense consistency (e.g., 'people raising concerns,' 'there is no such thing as particular timings'). Some sentences are grammatically incomplete or awkward, such as 'The most viable solution is that don't take too much stress.' While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to distract the reader. Increasing your control over basic sentence construction and proofreading for article usage would significantly improve your score.
