In recent times, many people complain that they have problems in getting enough sleep. working people doing job till late night and not getting enough sleep, and also some people addicted to mobile phones and using for a long time during the bedtime. this can be solve by fixing time schedules.
Industry workers or other working professional staying more time in office by doing extra shifts without sleeping on time, which affects the people mentally and creates stress which makes it difficulty for them in sleeping after they go home. and some people like youths and kids addicted to mobile phones and using for a long time without sleeping on time, even if they wanted to sleep they couldn't sleep because of addiction.
These problems can be solved by making fixed time schedules for each task, like workers can make a timetable to work for a certain amount of time in a day, also people who are addicted to mobile phones follow the same like they should make a fixed time to turn off the phone and keep it aside before the bedtime. this allows them to not to use the phone for a long time.
In conclusion, Lack of sleep can be caused by many problems like working overtime or using mobile late night which creates stress and addiction, this can be solved by creating a time schedule to work or to use mobile which helps them to be organised and also they will get enough sleep without problem

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development is limited. The ideas regarding stress and addiction are relevant but remain somewhat superficial and repetitive. The essay lacks specific examples or deeper analysis to fully support the arguments, which is expected at higher bands. While the position is clear, the overall development is basic, and the essay relies on general statements rather than well-extended points. To improve, you should aim to provide concrete examples or more detailed explanations for each point raised.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the progression of ideas is often mechanical and repetitive. Cohesive devices are used, but they are very basic (e.g., 'These problems can be solved', 'In conclusion'). There is a lack of variety in linking words, and some transitions between sentences feel abrupt. The referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly in the second paragraph where the connection between 'industry workers' and 'youths' is not smoothly bridged. Improving the use of a wider range of cohesive devices and ensuring a more logical flow between sentences would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on simple, repetitive language such as 'problems', 'people', and 'time'. There are some inaccuracies in word choice, such as 'doing job' instead of 'working' or 'doing a job'. While the meaning is generally clear, there is no attempt to use less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions. To achieve a higher score, focus on incorporating more precise vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'chronic sleep deprivation', 'detrimental effects', or 'mitigation strategies'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in basic grammar, such as missing articles ('at the bedtime'), incorrect verb forms ('this can be solve'), and run-on sentences. Punctuation is also problematic, with many sentences lacking proper capitalization or ending with incorrect punctuation. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to cause difficulty for the reader. You need to focus on subject-verb agreement, proper sentence boundaries, and the correct use of articles to improve your grammatical accuracy.
