In a current era many people having difficulties with a sleep. Busy worklife and unhealthy lifestyle are two major problems of lack of sleep. The only solutions in which people can know how important their health is for each and everything that is happening in our lives are eating a working eight hours a day and their eatry healthy diet.

Working more than regular hours is one of the main cause reason of lacking a lack of sleep. If people are working fourteen hours a day, whereas they are only expected supposed to work eight hours a day, but they are working fourteen hours a day. Thus, they don't get enough time for other responsibilities that they have outside work, like preparing dinner, spending time with family and other household chores. While trying to make balance for doing everything and due to extreme stress, they don't get enough sleep. As a result, they ended up having health problems due to less sleep. Unhealthy lifestyle is a another major reson of lack of sleep. If someone's eating habits are not good, they would not be able to get enough sleep at night. From my personal experience, I start eating junk food on daily basis and due to this I start facing major health issues and lack of sleep. When my diet was not healthy, I went through insomnia. Food is a food work like a medicine for you body. Healthy diet makes the healthy life. The only solution is to eat healthy and always eat on time to get enough sleep.

Busy workaholic people and the pople who is tempted towards junk food are always face difficulties getting enough sleep. Working limited hours a day and eating healthy diet are the main solution to get proper sleep.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth. For instance, the discussion on work hours is circular, repeating the same point about working fourteen hours multiple times. The solutions provided are also quite simplistic, focusing almost exclusively on working eight hours and eating healthy, without exploring broader societal or medical interventions. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the consequences of sleep deprivation beyond general health issues, such as cognitive impairment or productivity loss, and provide more nuanced solutions.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'The only solutions in which people can know' are confusing and do not effectively link ideas. Additionally, there is significant repetition of vocabulary and sentence structures, which hinders the flow of the argument. While the progression of ideas is generally logical, the transitions between sentences are often abrupt or rely on basic connectors like 'Thus' or 'As a result', which are sometimes used incorrectly in context.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on basic terms like 'good', 'bad', 'healthy', and 'problems'. There are several instances of awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'eatry healthy diet' and 'food work like a medicine'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To improve, you should focus on learning topic-specific collocations related to health and lifestyle, and avoid repeating the same phrases throughout the essay. Expanding your range of synonyms will help you avoid the repetitive nature of the current text.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('people having difficulties', 'the pople who is tempted'), article usage ('a sleep', 'a another'), and sentence construction. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'Food is a food work like a medicine for you body.' While there is an attempt to use complex structures, they are often faulty. You need to focus on basic sentence construction, ensuring that subjects and verbs agree and that articles are used correctly before attempting more complex grammatical forms.
