In recent years, sleep cycle of many proponents has been disturbed by many reasons which can create many health issues in the future such as fatigue, diabetes and weight gain. However, sleep quality would be improved with the help of good diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle.

Main issue which people can face by not having enough sleep is low energy. Every human being needs at least eight hours sleep in order to recharge and recover from the strain applied to the muscles and brain. Due to lack of sleep people would not be able to repair the muscle tissues, and also the brain might not be refreshed. As a result, a person who slept just for four hours would feel zero energy even as soon as he or she wake up in the morning.

Many health problems would start arising after some time such as high blood-pressure, diabetes and weak immunity. As while sleeping body fights against any disease or virus which has just started creating issues within the human body and preventing several type of sickness. Without eight hours sleep body may be more vulnerable to the diseases and can get easily sick. Eventually, a person would easily indulge in serious illness by not sleeping for adequate period of time.

By eating healthy and doing exercise regularly people cannot only sleep well at night but they can also feel more healthy and strong. With a nutritious diet that include zinc and magnesium can help in improving sleep quality, and physical activities can make people fall asleep faster than anything else. Consequently, people would be able to mitigate the detrimental health risks by sleeping adequately.

In conclusion, although the health problems are serious which a person can face with the lack of sleep, by following a strict diet plan and performing some physical activities can make them even more healthy and strong.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the consequences of sleep deprivation and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, covering health issues like diabetes and immunity, and solutions such as diet and exercise. However, the development is somewhat repetitive; for instance, the mention of 'health issues' and 'healthy lifestyle' occurs in almost every paragraph. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the 'why' and 'how' with more specific examples or nuanced explanations rather than restating the same points. The position is clear throughout, but the depth of analysis remains at a general level, which limits the score to a 6.0.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. You use cohesive devices such as 'However', 'As a result', and 'In conclusion' to link ideas. However, some transitions feel mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'As while sleeping body fights...' which lacks a smooth connection to the previous sentence. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, and the flow between sentences could be improved by varying the structure of your cohesive links. Overall, the progression of ideas is coherent, and the paragraphing is appropriate for the task.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'mitigate', 'detrimental', 'nutritious', and 'vulnerable'. However, there are some issues with word choice and collocation. For example, 'sleep cycle of many proponents' is an incorrect use of 'proponents', and 'indulge in serious illness' is not a natural collocation. While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, the lack of precision and occasional misuse of less common words prevent a higher score. Focusing on learning word families and natural collocations will help improve this area.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Common issues include missing articles (e.g., 'without eight hours sleep' instead of 'without eight hours of sleep'), subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., 'diet that include' instead of 'diet that includes'), and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'as soon as he or she wake up'). While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and article usage, and try to incorporate more varied complex sentence structures with greater accuracy.
