In this rapidly changing world, it is undoubtedly true that many individuals say that they do not get a good sleep. I believe that this is because of doing work more hours, using digital media, and stress. there are many ways to rid of lack of sleep by doing some yoga, meditation, and avoiding bad habits. This essay will further elaborate my reasons in my upcoming paragraphs, which will lead to a logical conclusion and I will discuss both its problems and its solutions.

To begin with, There are adequate evidence of this view, which are sustainable the top-notch concrete reason is that people are working overtime, which is affecting their sleep cycle, after 12 hours of shift without proper diet they try to push their bodies to sleep. Another aspect is late-night habit of using mobile phone is the biggest impact on humans body. if person is watching phone till late nights it is another aspect lack of sleep. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention factors like stress and technology, the explanations are often repetitive and lack depth. For example, the link between 'working overtime' and 'sleep cycle' is mentioned but not clearly explained in terms of the specific problems caused. The conclusion is somewhat disjointed and introduces new phrasing that does not fully summarize the preceding arguments. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-developed point with specific examples or logical consequences.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between ideas is often mechanical or unclear. You use some cohesive devices like 'To begin with' and 'On the other hand', but the internal structure of sentences is frequently fragmented. For instance, the transition in the second paragraph from 'working overtime' to 'mobile phone' is abrupt. Additionally, the final paragraph contains several run-on sentences and lacks a clear, logical summary of the points discussed. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms like 'big impact' and 'bad habits' repeatedly. There are also issues with word formation and collocation, such as 'there are adequate evidence' (should be 'is') and 'rid of lack of sleep' (should be 'get rid of'). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'immunity' and 'meditation', the overall range is limited, and some word choices are awkward or imprecise, which occasionally hinders the clarity of your message.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'there are adequate evidence'), missing articles, and incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'reports available that shown that'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with several run-on sentences and misused commas. While the meaning is usually understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar structures prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic agreement and tense consistency would be very beneficial.
