I see many people in following days facing struggle in their sleep , The main factor which affects sleep is the work cycle and the food we consume and also the daily activities we do like gym ,yoga , etc and the main factor is also Mental peace and work presure.

when it comes to food we take now a days people is not consuming proper meal as per their needs , food plays one of the major roal in everyone daily life.

Work cycle when it comes to work now people are taking more stress on them self from their work place will is not allowing to sleep peacefully.

mental stress is the most faced issue in recent days it affects all the age group

lack of sleep can also cause many serious problem which will not allow us to do our work as planned and keep up sober the hole day

in recent days there is no Physical activity involved in our daily which keep out body in full energy

According to me i would suggest to make a proper time line of our day which will help us to plan our full meal and time to work and time to do physical activity and also some extra time to relax our self . Mental stress - where the biggest issue come from we need to give some time to relax ourself and to keep our mind free also work according to our time line this will improve our sleep cycle and also give a healthy and peace full life style

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention factors like 'work pressure' and 'mental stress', these points are not fully explored or supported with specific examples. The explanation of the consequences of sleep deprivation is also quite brief. To improve, you should expand on your points by explaining the 'why' and 'how' behind your arguments, ensuring that each paragraph provides a clear, well-supported idea rather than just listing factors.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay lacks a clear structure. It is composed of several short, fragmented paragraphs that do not flow logically. There is a lack of cohesive devices (such as 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'in addition') to link ideas within and between sentences. The progression of ideas is disjointed, making it difficult for the reader to follow the argument. To improve, focus on using clear topic sentences for each paragraph and incorporating transition words to connect your thoughts, which will help create a more cohesive and professional-looking essay.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive. You rely on simple terms like 'main factor' and 'issue' multiple times. There are also several spelling and word-choice errors, such as 'roal' instead of 'role', 'presure' instead of 'pressure', and 'hole' instead of 'whole'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To reach a higher band, you should work on using more varied and academic vocabulary, and pay closer attention to spelling and collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'people is not consuming') and punctuation errors (e.g., missing commas and inconsistent capitalization). The sentence structures are mostly simple, and there is a lack of complex sentence forms. Some sentences are run-on or fragmented, which hinders clarity. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring subjects and verbs agree, and practicing the use of complex sentences with appropriate conjunctions and relative clauses.
