According to experts stress and pressure of workload are the main reasons of less sleep. These situations can cause stress and anxiety which ultimately lads to lack of sleep. Secondly, people have big dreams nowadays and to fulfill these dreams they need to work hard and for long hours. Due to this approach they sleep late in the night and wake up early in the morning and they get less sleep. Less time is a common issues in both reasons of less sleep.
There are several possible ways to handle this situation such as effective time management and good physical exercise. Furthermore, in the free time they can do Yoga or other physical activities. Exercise will not only help them to keep physically fit but also will relax their mind and improve their sleep.
In conclusion, work stress and long hours of work are the main factors that can cause lack of sleep and these can be fixed by proper time management and playing sports or spending time with family.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development is somewhat limited. While you mention stress and workload as causes, the specific 'problems' caused by lack of sleep (e.g., health issues, cognitive decline, or safety risks) are not clearly articulated; you focus more on the causes of the sleep deprivation itself. To reach a higher band, ensure you explicitly detail the consequences of the problem as requested. The solutions provided, such as time management and exercise, are relevant and clearly linked to the causes mentioned.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You use basic cohesive devices like 'According to experts,' 'Secondly,' and 'Furthermore' to signal transitions between ideas. However, the flow is occasionally mechanical, and some referencing is slightly repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'less sleep' and 'free time.' Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the causes from the solutions. To improve, try to vary your linking words and ensure that the progression of ideas within paragraphs is smoother by using more sophisticated referencing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'contemporary epoch,' 'mitigate,' and 'leisure activities.' However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'do not able to' (should be 'are not able to') and 'lads to' (should be 'leads to'). The vocabulary is generally functional but lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands. To improve, focus on using more academic collocations and ensure that your word forms are accurate in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of your writing. Examples include 'that left them' (should be 'which leaves them'), 'do not able to' (should be 'are not able to'), and 'play with their children' (should be 'playing with their children' to maintain parallel structure). These errors are noticeable but do not impede overall communication. To reach a higher band, focus on subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense usage.
