To reach a higher band, ensure that the introduction is slightly more polished; for instance, 'problem of lack of sleep' requires an article ('the problem'). Overall, the response is well-focused and provides sufficient support for the arguments presented.

The essay is logically organized with a clear progression of ideas. Paragraphing is used effectively to separate the problems from the solutions. Cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'To exemplify', and 'On the other hand' are used appropriately to guide the reader. However, there are minor instances where the flow could be smoother, such as the transition in the final paragraph where 'change substitute' is redundant. Despite these minor issues, the overall structure is coherent and easy to follow.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

There are some minor errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'distrubs' (disturbs), 'aolustion' (solution), and 'caffine' (caffeine). While these do not impede communication, they prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on accurate spelling and more precise collocations will help improve your score in this area.

However, there are recurring grammatical slips, such as missing articles ('the problem', 'a person') and minor errors like 'help some person to fall sleep' (help a person to fall asleep). These errors are non-systematic and do not cause confusion, but they indicate a need for more careful proofreading to ensure subject-verb agreement and correct article usage.
