Another reason is that, many mortals face mental illness, irritation and lack of energy when their sleep schedule is disbalanced or not maintained properly.

However, there are some ways to solve this problems. People should create a fixed sleep cycle where they should go to bed and rise up at same time everyday that helps our body habitually. They should also avoid using mobile phones, watching televisions till late at night as this activities can make it harder to fall asleep. Furthermore, nowadays many companies have started providing sleep boxes within the office for a quick nap and to refresh themselves and stay focused during work hours. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant and generally well-developed. For instance, the discussion on the impact on mental health and concentration is clear, and the solutions provided, such as establishing a sleep cycle and limiting screen time, are practical. However, the development could be more nuanced; for example, the mention of 'sleep boxes' is an interesting idea, but the supporting example regarding the USA government survey is somewhat vague. To reach a higher band, ensure that all arguments are fully extended with more specific, logical reasoning rather than relying on general statements.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the problems from the solutions. Cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Another reason', 'However', and 'Furthermore' are used to guide the reader through the argument. While the progression is generally smooth, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing, such as 'Due to which' at the start of the second sentence, which is grammatically awkward and disrupts the flow. Overall, the structure is coherent and easy to follow.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express ideas clearly. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'elucidate', 'habitually', and 'efficiently'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'disbalanced' (should be 'imbalanced'), 'mortals' (which is stylistically inappropriate in this context), and 'regain from mental pressure' (should be 'recover from'). While these errors do not impede communication, they indicate a need for more precise control over word choice to reach a higher band.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'can issues to stay focused' (missing verb), 'solve this problems' (plural agreement), and 'as this activities' (demonstrative pronoun agreement). Additionally, there are punctuation and phrasing issues, such as 'USA government on 5000 employees they found'. While the meaning remains clear despite these errors, the frequency of these slips prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct article usage would significantly improve the accuracy of the writing.
