Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, you mention 'workload' and 'stress' as problems but do not clearly explain the specific consequences of these on health or daily life. The solutions provided, such as 'make a good timetable', are relevant but lack depth and specific examples. To achieve a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed explanations and concrete examples. The introduction is a bit repetitive, and the conclusion is very brief, failing to summarize the main points effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the flow between sentences is often mechanical. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover', 'Therefore', and 'Nevertheless', but they are sometimes used incorrectly or feel forced. For example, the transition 'To precise more it' is non-standard and confusing. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'The most serious concern is that workload', where the connection to the previous sentence is weak. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would significantly improve the logical progression of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic phrasing, such as 'money minded' and 'running behind the money', which are not standard collocations. There are also some awkward word choices, such as 'electric equipment' instead of 'electronic devices' or 'screens'. While your meaning is generally clear, the lack of variety and the presence of some unnatural phrasing limit your score. To improve, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to health and lifestyle, and focus on using words in their correct context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'individual have difficulties'), incorrect article usage, and awkward sentence construction (e.g., 'what i can done'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after commas and periods. While you attempt to use conditional structures ('If these measures were implement...'), the grammatical control is weak, leading to errors in verb forms. Focusing on basic sentence accuracy and proofreading for common errors like missing articles and verb tense consistency will help you improve.
