Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is inevitable truth that sleeping less is become a major problem and become a controversial talk of this era. As many people compalin that they have been facing diffculties for getting an enough sleep. I strongly agree with notion.
Beginning with my main stand, there are multifarious points to stand with agreement. If we see in today's world people carry alot of technological products with them. Such as phones ,tablets, laptops, and extra. Which majorly distract them for getting a proper healthy sleep. As they just start watch reels or movies before going to sleep. It cause one of the major reason for less sleep. It put very bad impact on your body. As person feel dozing the whole day.Due to that person can not work properly on their daily bais and it effect on them. It also make a person a lazy. I myself know a person who watch movies at night and sleep only for 2-3 hours a day now facing serious medical problems. Due which,Now he has to overcome his addication of watching late night mobile.
Probing ahead, addition with that, there are lot of problem happens just because of less sleep firstly, You start lossing your ability concentration. It also show signs on your body Like dark spot start appearing under your eye. This clearly shows that you do not get a proper sleep. There is always a solution for every problem so as this have. Like While going for a sleep a person can put his devices in the kitchen or far from his hand reach or set an alram for time to watch your device and then shut it off and go for sleep. Thess steps can help a person to get out this addication.
Based on my above disscussion I just want say technology gives a person easy access to everything but with it is also an addication for humans. And make them lazy and slow for work. Where people have to set boundries for there devices and majorly focus on their sleep in night time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both the problems associated with lack of sleep and offering potential solutions. A clear position is established early on, and relevant ideas such as technological distraction, physical exhaustion, and loss of concentration are presented. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive, with over-generalised explanations rather than fully explored examples. For instance, the personal anecdote provided is brief and lacks depth to fully support the argument. The solutions provided are practical, involving the physical separation of devices. Overall, the task is addressed adequately, fitting the profile of a Band 6.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a recognizable introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. Paragraphing is attempted, though some paragraphs bundle multiple distinct ideas together, such as problems and solutions appearing closely linked. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often faulty or repetitive, seen in phrases like 'Beginning with my main stand', 'Probing ahead', and 'addition with that'. Referencing is sometimes unclear, and the mechanical transitions detract from the natural flow of the essay. Nonetheless, the progression of ideas is generally followed by the reader, supporting a Band 5.5 score.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, but it features noticeable limitations and frequent errors in word choice and spelling. Examples include compalin instead of complain, bais instead of basis, dozing instead of dozy, and addication instead of addiction. While the student attempts less common vocabulary such as 'multifarious' and 'controversial', these terms are not always deployed with precise control or appropriate collocation. The lexical range is minimally adequate to convey the core message, but errors occasionally strain the reader, aligning closely with Band 5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but grammatical accuracy is weak throughout the response. Frequent errors are present, including subject-verb agreement issues ('sleeping less is become', 'It cause one of the major reason'), fragments ('Such as phones, tablets, laptops, and extra'), and incorrect punctuation. Articles and prepositions are also frequently misused, as seen in 'for getting an enough sleep' and 'in night time'. While these errors do not completely obscure the meaning, their frequency causes difficulty for the reader and prevents the response from reaching a higher band, placing it at a Band 5.
