Almost all of the people now arround the world are using an internet to communicate and to watch some events arround the world. In my own openion the serrious problem now in the world is how to control people from using a lot of time on internet. The cause of being lack of sleep of someone is one example is using too much time on social media. And the other one is thinking too much problem can also the main reason as far as I concern.
Firstly, internet is the one cause, people should be responsible on their time to use of internet because it can affect to their health impact and can lead to difficulties of getting sleep.Government should pass a law to protect children of using too much internet.
Secondly, people with a lot of problem in their mind can cause also a difficulties of sleep because everytime if they can remember their problem they cannat sleep. In my own understanding it is better to get relax first before to sleep and pray to God Almighty.
To conclude, I strongly believe that if someone can experience the difficulties of getting sleep, they will immediately consult to the physician to prevent any problem.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response attempts to address both parts of the prompt regarding the problems caused by lack of sleep and potential solutions, mentioning internet usage and stress. However, the ideas remain underdeveloped and lack specific supporting examples. Furthermore, the text falls short of the required 250 words, containing only 217 words. This under-length issue directly impacts the level of idea development, leading to a penalty under Task Achievement where the ideas are presented rather than fully extended. To improve, you need to expand your arguments with specific examples and ensure you comfortably exceed the minimum word count. Band score: 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay is organised into basic paragraphs with an introduction, body paragraphs signalled by simple transition words like 'Firstly' and 'Secondly', and a conclusion. However, the overall progression is somewhat disjointed due to the fragmentation of sentences and abrupt shifts in ideas. Cohesive devices are basic and occasionally used mechanically. Paragraphing is attempted, but sentences like the introductory fragment ('Complaining of difficulties...') disrupt the logical flow. While the overall arrangement is coherent enough to follow your main points, referencing is not always clear, and the relationships between sentences require stronger linking to achieve a higher band. Band score: 5.0.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent reliance on simple terms. Phrases like 'using a lot of time on internet' and 'thinking too much problem' demonstrate a limited range and restricted control over collocation and word choice. There are also noticeable lexical errors, such as 'being lack of sleep' instead of 'lack of sleep' or 'sleep deprivation', and 'get relax' instead of 'relax'. While the meaning is generally comprehensible despite these issues, the vocabulary is minimally adequate for the task and lacks the precision or less common items required for higher band levels. Band score: 5.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response features a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside poorly formed complex constructions. There are frequent grammatical and punctuation errors throughout the text, such as 'people now arround the world are using an internet', 'can cause also a difficulties of sleep', and 'everytime if they can remember their problem they cannat sleep.' These errors frequently cause difficulty for the reader and impede smooth reading. Complex structures attempted by the student are often faulty, and articles and prepositions are frequently misused. Band score: 4.5.
