Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the question: it identifies tiredness, reduced concentration and possible health problems, then suggests routines, limiting time on apps, exercise and yoga. These are relevant ideas, and the example about people sleeping fewer than seven hours supports the health point. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For instance, the link between poor concentration and work performance is mentioned but not illustrated, while the proposed routine and exercise measures could be explained more clearly in terms of how they improve sleep. The conclusion repeats the main points but adds the specific claim of demotion without developing it. More explanation and a concrete example for each main idea would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on problems, a paragraph on solutions and a conclusion. The progression from causes of difficulty to possible remedies is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “Apart from this” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. This already gives the response a coherent arrangement. To make the links more flexible and precise, avoid relying on a sequence of formulaic transitions and clarify references such as “These problem,” which does not clearly match the plural ideas that precede it. The introduction also promises to explain the causes, although the essay mainly discusses problems and solutions. A more accurate preview and clearer links between each claim and its explanation would strengthen the flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response uses enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate its main ideas, including “concentrate,” “health issues,” “daily routine” and “reduce stress.” It also attempts more formal expressions such as “essential” and “advancement in technology.” However, word choice and spelling errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “fatigueness,” “effecient,” “instagarm” and “whtaspp” are examples. Several phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “give their 100% on the jobs” and “give effecient time to themselves.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. A wider range of precise terms for sleep-related effects and practical interventions would help express ideas more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The essay attempts both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “health issues, which will take long time…” and a conditional purpose clause beginning “so that.” Meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction recur. For example, “This essay will sheds light” should use the base form after “will,” and “people will not able to concentrate” needs “be.” In “These problem would be tackle,” both the plural noun and passive verb form need correction. Articles and agreement also need attention in “person must get 7 to 8 hour.” Practise checking each sentence for a complete verb phrase, singular/plural agreement and appropriate articles; this will make the ideas easier to read.
