Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both parts of the question: you identify effects such as tiredness, poor concentration, stress, irritability and accident risk, then suggest routines, reducing phone use and managing workplace demands. However, the response is short of the required 250 words, and this limits how fully you can explain and support these points. Some ideas remain general: the example about international pupils and night shifts is not clearly linked to how sleep loss affects them, while the proposed employer action needs more explanation. Your position is present, especially in the conclusion, but it would be clearer if you explained how the suggested measures could prevent the problems. Develop each main point with a specific explanation or example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on problems, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow. You also use signposting such as “First and foremost,” “Secondly,” and “Moreover.” However, some transitions are mechanical or do not fit the relationship between ideas. “On the one hand” and “On the other side” suggest a contrast, although the paragraphs present two parts of the task rather than opposing views. The opening sentence of the problems paragraph is also awkwardly framed as “those who opine,” which interrupts the progression. Use simpler, more direct topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the point it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “concentrate,” “physical and mental health,” “risks of accidents,” and “workload.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “sleeping schedule” and “scrolling reels.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “heath,” “challanges,” “meassures,” and “performace” are examples. Some combinations are unnatural, including “imagination power” and “overcome the workload on their workers.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than translating phrases directly. Proofread spelling carefully, and build a wider set of precise expressions for sleep-related effects and practical solutions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a cause-and-effect structure in “people may become more stress and feel irritated which not only increase the risks of accidents…” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction are frequent enough to affect clarity. For example, “which will be discuss” needs a passive form, and “people feel more tired and they have difficulty to concentrate” has an incorrect verb pattern. In “which not only increase,” the verb does not agree with its subject. The conclusion also begins a new sentence with lowercase “but.” Practise accurate verb patterns and agreement, then check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
