Every living creature on this planent requires a rest hours to be productive during working hours. Back in the old times, people used to do a lot of physical work at their fields which made their bodies exhausted by the end of a day. As a result, it was easier for them to fell deep in sleep. However, in these day most of the people are juggling to get a good sleep. The side-effects and preventive measures are discussed in the upcoming paragraphs.

Sleep deprivation has a capacity to reduce the efficient productivity of the person both physically and psychologically. During such situation, the working person would not be able to do the same amount of work as he or she was doing when they got enough sleep. At a mental level, it would impact the decision-making power adversely because the person who is suffering from this stay disturbed, confused, absent and tired. This results in loss of interest and capability to carry the same daily work energetically. Moreover, this can be a one of those factor which causes a dementia in the long run. At a fundamental level, the sufferors start forgetting the things as well as to recall any event become a great part of a deal.

The best trial should be to complete all the assignments with the sunset and go to bed as soon as poosible. Undoubtedly, it would be hard for a few initial days but then it would naturally become as a daily routine. In order to support this regime, the people should avoid watching any screen before bed whether it's their smartphones or their television. Along with that, for a quick sleep one can build a habbit of reading a book just before a bed time. Last but not least, the doctor recommendation is must along with above mentioned measures.

Overall, to avoid the situation to take a worse turn in the form of the dementia, one should introspect their daily routines.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the question: it explains possible effects of sleep deprivation, including reduced work performance, impaired decision-making, tiredness and possible long-term memory problems, then offers practical measures such as keeping a regular bedtime and avoiding screens. These ideas are relevant, and the opening and conclusion keep the discussion focused. However, the effects are explained more fully than the solutions: advice such as finishing assignments by sunset and reading before bed is listed, but the reasons these steps help are not developed. The claim that lack of sleep can cause dementia is also presented strongly without qualification or support. Develop the less-explained remedies and use a specific example or careful explanation to make key claims more convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The essay has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on consequences, a paragraph on remedies and a brief conclusion. This gives the reader a sensible route through the response, and linking expressions such as “As a result,” “Moreover” and “Along with that” help connect points. The organisation is generally coherent, but some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “During such situation” does not clearly refer back to sleep deprivation, and the transition from the historical comparison in the introduction to the main discussion is abrupt. The final sentence repeats the dementia point rather than drawing together both sides of the answer. Use clearer referencing and make the conclusion summarise the main effects and solutions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The response attempts a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “sleep deprivation,” “decision-making,” “daily routine” and “introspect,” and the intended meaning is usually understandable. However, several inaccurate word choices, collocations and spelling errors make the language less precise and sometimes distract the reader. Examples include “rest hours,” “juggling to get a good sleep,” “fell deep in sleep,” “a great part of a deal” and “doctor recommendation.” There are also misspellings such as “planent,” “poosible” and “habbit.” Aim for natural combinations and check spelling carefully; simpler accurate expressions are more effective than ambitious phrases used incorrectly. Building a bank of collocations about sleep and health would improve precision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

There is some variety in sentence structure, including complex sentences with “which,” “because” and “whether,” and most ideas can be followed. However, errors in articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence construction recur, limiting accuracy. For instance, “a rest hours” has an article–number mismatch, “these day” lacks plural agreement, and “the doctor recommendation is must” has an incorrect article and structure. In “the person who is suffering from this stay disturbed,” the verb form is faulty, while “to overcome form this situation” contains an incorrect preposition within the phrase. Review articles, singular and plural forms, and verb patterns, then proofread each sentence for a complete and grammatically consistent structure.
