Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You attempt to address both questions: you mention health effects such as “mental illness” and “physical problems,” and suggest getting enough sleep and having managers understand workers’ needs. However, the response only partially answers the task because the effects are listed rather than explained, and the proposed solutions are vague. The discussion also shifts toward company losses and employee absence, without clearly explaining how these outcomes result from sleep deprivation. Your position is difficult to identify in the opening, where “wright to complain our company” is unclear. To strengthen the response, explain a few specific consequences—such as reduced concentration or increased accident risk—and give practical measures, for example regular sleep routines or workplace adjustments, with relevant supporting examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some basic organisation: the response has an opening, a paragraph beginning “To began with” about problems, another beginning “After that” about solutions, and a concluding section. These divisions help the reader recognise the intended structure. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow, and several ideas are joined without clear relationships. For example, the discussion moves from illness to company losses, then to customers and managing a company. Linking phrases such as “As a result” and “on the other hand” are used, but do not always express the relationship accurately. The final paragraph repeats earlier points rather than drawing them together. Use one clear main idea per paragraph and connect each example directly to the point it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

Your vocabulary includes relevant topic words such as “sleeping,” “physical problems,” “mental illness,” “employees,” and “responsibility,” so the general subject is recognisable. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and frequent inaccurate word choices or forms make some meanings hard to understand. Phrases such as “enough sleeping makes strong active healthy” and “mind not caught any words” do not communicate the intended ideas clearly. There are also spelling errors, including “wright,” “losss,” and “dissurab.” Build a more precise set of expressions for sleep and its effects, and check collocations and spelling. For instance, describe people as “alert” or “concentrated” rather than relying repeatedly on “active” and “healthy.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to form longer sentences using “if,” “because,” and “therefore,” but the range of sentence structures remains very limited, and errors are frequent enough to obscure meaning. Examples include “if people not take enough time” and “we are not work in company,” where verb forms and sentence construction are faulty. Subject–verb agreement and articles are also inconsistent, as in “company manager understand worker problems.” Some sentences run together, particularly the long passage beginning “hence,” so punctuation does not reliably show where ideas end. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause. Check that each sentence has a subject and correctly formed verb, and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
