Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the question: you mention reduced motivation, work productivity and concentration as consequences, and suggest a regular sleep cycle, adequate sleep and short naps. However, the response is short of the required minimum of 250 words, and this limits how fully you can explain and support your ideas. The health example, “epelapse,” is unclear, while the advice to sleep eight hours is stated without explaining how people can establish a routine or what might prevent them from sleeping. The conclusion repeats the main points rather than adding support. Develop each problem and solution with a clear explanation and a relevant example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph about problems, a paragraph about solutions, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow, and transitions such as “Firstly,” “Moreover,” and “To conclude” help signal the stages of the answer. The organisation is not yet consistently smooth, however. “However” introduces the solutions paragraph even though it does not express a clear contrast, and the sentence beginning “For instance” combines several ideas without clear links. Some references, such as “this issue” and “the pattern,” are also vague. Use linking words according to the relationship between ideas, and separate examples and explanations into clearer sentences.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a relevant set of words for the topic, including “sleeping cycle,” “concentration,” “work productivity,” and “motivated.” These choices make the general meaning understandable. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to interpret, including “sistuation,” “helath,” “epelapse,” and “engery.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “measuring their sleep” and “their energy level is being increased.” Aim for accurate spelling and more natural collocations, for example, “maintain a regular sleep schedule” and “energy levels improve.” Expanding the vocabulary for causes and practical remedies would also help you explain the topic more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a relative clause in “when they wake up in the morning” and a reason introduced by “which.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “every individual are spend” has incorrect subject–verb agreement and verb form, while “people face a major health problems” has an agreement and number problem. The sentence beginning “For instance” also lacks a clear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea, checking subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles and singular/plural nouns before adding more complex clauses.
