Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both parts of the question: you identify a demanding schedule as a cause, describe effects on physical and mental health, and suggest keeping a regular sleep routine. The example of international students working to cover fees and living costs helps make the cause relevant. However, the effects are only briefly explained, and the response focuses mainly on tiredness, poorer performance, stress and anxiety without showing in detail how these problems develop or affect daily life. The proposed solution is also quite narrow; going to bed early may not suit everyone, and you could explain other practical measures, such as reducing screen use or managing work schedules. Develop each main idea with a clearer explanation or example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure, with separate paragraphs for causes, effects, solutions and a conclusion. The reader can follow the main progression, and signposts such as “For example,” “However” and “In conclusion” help connect sections. This already gives the essay a coherent arrangement. Some linking is mechanical or imprecise, though: “To explain it” and “To make it more clear” repeat a similar framing, while “Resultly” does not form a natural link to the preceding point. The cause and effect discussion could also be connected more explicitly, rather than presented as separate claims. Use a wider range of natural transitions and make references such as “this problem” clearly point to a specific idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “busy schedule,” “health issues,” “stress” and “productivity.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “international students” and “regular sleep schedule.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “diffcult,” “hetic,” “anxity” and “fruitfull.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “daily desires” and “have several health issues on individuals life's.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary for sleep-related effects and solutions would also help you express ideas with greater flexibility.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including a concession in the introduction and cause-and-effect clauses such as “when people donot get enough sleep… due to this…”. These structures help communicate relationships between ideas. Some grammatical errors remain, however. For example, “the first and formost is that busy schedule” is missing an appropriate article or noun structure, and “if people have to start their early in the morning” has an incomplete construction. There are also issues with agreement and sentence formation in “getting a proper sleep not only good for health but also increase productivity.” Review articles, subject–verb agreement and complete clause structure, and use punctuation consistently to separate longer sentences.
